Tesslift Soft is the world’s first PDO mesh thread that overcomes the early recurrence of sagging tissues. This is achieved by utilizing Tissue Ingrowth Technology. When Tesslift Soft is transitioned into the targeted site via subcutaneous layer using a hollow needle, the following happens:

  • Initial Response - Tissue response begins within hours of contact with the mesh surface.
  • Inflammatory Response - Macrophages are released, autolysing necrotic tissues. Plus, growth factors and cytokines are released.
  • Angiogenesis - New granulation tissues which are composed of collagen and extracellular matrix develop

While the specialty designed barbs are responsible for the initial holding power, the majority of the tissue suspension strength is achieved in less than 2 weeks as MOST OF THE TISSUE INGROWTHS VIA MESH IS ACHIEVED WITHIN 2 WEEKS.
